The Joy of Baking

Over the weekend, I decided to do some baking. Since I'm in school studying Baking and Pastry Arts, I want to get all the practice I can get. We learned about pies this past week, so I decided to test out a couple of recipes from our recipe booklet. These are the first two pies I have ever made and I am quite happy with the way they turned out! :)

Fall is upon us and I'm super excited because it is one of my favorite seasons to dress for. Here are a few things I'm lusting after right now.
